Amenities and Procedures
Smoke Free Environment: No smoking is permitted anywhere in the Carriage House. Guests may smoke outside. For the consideration of other guests and because of fire insurance constraints, strict adherence to this policy is maintained.
Free Wireless Internet is available at the Carriage House Bed and Breakfast! Just ask us for the password when checking in!
Flexible Check-In-Times: Most guests check in between 4p.m. and 8 p.m. Unlike many B&B's we have a unique "self check-in" procedure available for your convenience. No matter how late you arrive, we can accommodate you for check-in!
Checkout Time: is normally 11 a.m. Late checkout can sometimes be arranged, depending on whether or not the room is needed the next evening.
Children and Pets: no children under 12 years old or pets are permitted.
Payment: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER cards are accepted, along with personal checks and cash.
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs more then 14 days prior to check-in date, no charge is made to your credit card. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to check-in date and the room cannot be re-booked, your credit card will be charged for one night's stay.
Tariff: includes a large continental breakfast served on our four-season porch, mineral water and soft drinks, complimentary use of bicycles and many other extras. See Village Loft, Toy Room, Friendship Room, or Conrad Bohn Room for specific tariffs.Season: The Carriage House Bed and Breakfast is open year-round and is air conditioned to comfortably serve our guests. Rates are the same, regardless of the day of the week or season of the year.
BUSINESS TRAVELERS are welcome. We have free wireless internet service and fax capabilties for your convenience.
